From complete in-house engineering to delivery and installation; offering field service of existing heat exchangers through our partner divisions, to an exchanger service for complete systems and components; ETR Services, LTD provides its customers a single source sales, and service organization with an undisputable reputation for getting the job done.

ETR maintains an ASME approved quality program to insure consistently high quality equipment for our customers. Our program is documented through an extensive in-process inspection checklist.

ETR utilizes state of the art software for thermal sizing, estimating, mechanical design and drafting of our products. Our engineering department can provide you estimates and drawings quickly upon receipt of customer specifications. All of our drawings are available in AutoCAD format.

All our equipment is tested regularly to insure the highest quality through Hydro-testing, Radiographing, Magnetic Particle Testing, Dye Penetrant Testing, Hardness Testing, Ultrasonic Testing and Positive Material Identification Testing. Our Authorized Inspection Agency on record is HSB Global Standards.

We hold a "U" & "R" Stamp for ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section VIII, Division I. We also offer National Board Registration and can incorporate API/ 660/661 in addition to customer specifications. Our welders are fully certified ASME section IX in SMAW, GMAW and FCAW. We can also certify our welders to meet any of your special material requirements. ETR is a full service facility handling welding, drilling and assembly, testing, sand-blasting and painting.
